Punchless is software for independent businesses to track prepaid class packs, session credits and digital loyalty cards. Staff record visits, customers see their remaining balance, and the business keeps a shared activity history.

## Who is Punchless for?

Class packs suit yoga and Pilates studios, dance studios, personal trainers and tutors that sell a fixed number of visits in advance. Loyalty cards suit cafés, salons, barbers and local shops that reward repeat visits.

Punchless is a good fit when you want to replace paper cards or a shared spreadsheet while keeping the booking and payment methods you already use.

## What can Punchless do?

- Prepaid class and session packages with remaining credit balances and optional expiry dates.
- Digital loyalty cards with stamp targets and rewards.
- Customer QR passes, staff check-ins and customer search by name.
- Staff access, visit history and the ability to undo a mistaken session check-in.
- Business signup QR codes and access on iOS, Android and the web.

## How does a visit work?

1. Create a class pack or loyalty offer for your business.
2. Add a customer or let them register using your business signup QR.
3. Scan the customer's QR pass or find them by name.
4. For a prepaid session, select their package and confirm the check-in to use one credit. For loyalty, add a stamp or redeem an earned reward.
5. Check the updated balance and visit history. Undo a session check-in if it was recorded by mistake.

## Class packs or loyalty cards?

These are illustrative examples. You choose your own package sizes, validity and loyalty rewards. Both types can be used in the same business workspace.

## What should I check before choosing Punchless?

Punchless tracks visits, packages and loyalty rewards alongside your existing booking and payment process. Recording a package in Punchless does not collect payment from your customer or reserve a class place. Keep using your usual tools for those jobs.

A customer can use a pass in a browser or the app. If they forget their phone, staff can find them by name. Try QR scanning on your team's actual devices during the trial; camera permissions are required.

For wellness businesses, Punchless is for visit and package administration. It is not designed to store medical records, diagnoses or treatment notes.

## How much does Punchless cost?

Punchless offers one plan for class packs and loyalty cards, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed to start. Monthly launch prices are £19 GBP, €22 EUR, US$25 USD or COP 50,000, depending on the business currency chosen at setup.
